3. The bond is to be paid in bank cheque or money order ONLY – made payable to the RTBA (Residential Tenancies Bond Authority)
4. The first month’s rent MUST be paid in bank cheque or money order – made payable to Hayden Real Estate
5. The bond must be paid within 24 hours of the application being approved
