Miranda has been devoted exclusively to property marketing for over a decade and uses her knowledge and experience to pack a powerful punch when it comes to targeted exposure of prime real estate. Miranda is one of the most qualified and experienced Licensed Estate Agents in the region; this was recognised in her appointment as a Director and the Officer in Effective Control of Hayden Real Estate Anglesea in 2002, followed by appointment as a Director of the Hayden group franchise company in 2005. Prior to commencing as Marketing Manager for Hayden on the Surf Coast, she spent periods working in both the Hayden Geelong and Torquay offices part time, as well as an extended stint in the marketing department of a major Melbourne multi-office agency. Effectively exposing property to an analysed target market is Mirandas specialty, with Degrees in Business and Japanese, a Certificate IV in Estate Agency Practice and various professional development courses providing the qualifications to back up her extensive expertise. Living in Melbourne through her final school years and University studies, a period working in Japan and further time travelling in Europe, Canada and the USA, Fiji and Australia (to name a few) has provided Miranda with an extremely broad and positive outlook on life. These experiences have also introduced her to literally thousands of people and she relies on many of these contacts as sources for the ideas and initiatives which keep her property marketing strategies at the forefront of the real estate industry. Despite the long hours required to be successful in a results driven industry, Miranda has a systemized and organized approach to her career. This allows her the time to fulfil her major passion of travelling the world, now with husband Craig and daughter Charlotte in tow, although finding destinations neither have been is becoming increasingly difficult. A highly successful athlete in the past, Miranda now enjoys her sports on a purely recreational basis, including netball, swimming and snowboarding, while weekends and evenings will often find Miranda socializing and shopping with friends in Melbourne, and generally just trying to fit as much into life as possible.
