Having spent his entire working life in real estate, Glenn Hardman has earned quite a reputation selling and leasing residential property.
Glenn was first introduced to real estate through the work experience program. After completing VCE at Ivanhoe Grammar School he commenced work at a local agency within the property management department. He rapidly progressed through the ranks and was soon managing the rental department.
Not content on being an agent’s representative, Glenn enrolled to do the Advanced Certificate in Real Estate, which at the time was a 4-year part time course. Still thirsty for knowledge Glenn went on to complete a Bachelor of Business in Property at RMIT at night school whilst working full time.
Shortly thereafter Glenn purchased a small Ray White business in Melbourne which he grew into a hugely successful business before moving to the Greater Geelong region. Glenn’s next venture was a Barry Plant office, which he sold in 2016. Now as the Principal of Hayden Geelong, Glenn is bringing his wealth of knowledge with him to service the Geelong market.
Glenn’s expertise is residential property. He has sold numerous properties during his career, leased hundreds of homes and has firsthand experience in residential property developing. To his credit he was asked to lecture the agent's representative course, which he did during the evenings whilst operating his own business.
